Who we are
Sticks and Stones BHS is an establsihed and state-approved, Rehabilitative Mental Health Services agency. We have licensed, experienced providers who are compassionate and have a passion for helping preserve and restore mental and physical health.
Our mission
Our providers help recipients of our services reach their highest level of functioning in their daily lives. Individualized treatment plans are carefully written for each recipient to ensure they have the most effective care needed to regain stability in their lives. We are dedicated to promoting independence, self-confidence, and self-worth while helping our recipients obtain skills needed to acheive and maintain healthy lives.
Our clients
We provide In-home, In Office, and In Community services to adults and children ages 4-65. We help with things such as: maladaptive behaviors, emotional disturbances, PTSD, Insomnia, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Eating Disorders, Suicide Prevention, Substance Abuse, Parental training, coping skills, Anger and Conflict management, Social Skills, Basic Living and Self-Care Skills, etc.
We also help our recipients with supportive services such as transportation to scheduled therapy appointments, applying for medical/disability benefits, and Transitional Living resources.
